This book is not just about stunt driving, it is about driving better and it delivers that in a nice to follow format that is easy to understand and follow. Mark talks about how to do all of the "stunts" regardless of your type of car. He talks about automatic and standard transmission, ABS, drum brakes etc. Half of the book is about the basics. It will teach you the correct way to hold the steering wheel, position your mirrors so you don't have a blind spot, the correct way to sit in your seat, tire pressure, brake systems and much more. Once you get that down, then you can start doing the slides. The instructions are easy to follow and they work. You will be a better driver before you start sliding and when you practice the slides you will feel more confident behind the wheel. It will take a good six months before you are anywhere near proficient doing the slides correctly and it also depends on how often you practice but this book will get you there if you follow it correctly and not rush on any of the exercises. I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their driving skills.
